Compact/Portable Charger for 36V Lithium Battery Power Supply in Dirt Quad, Pocket Mod, Sports Mod

Please make sure the connector of the old charger is the same as ours before placing an order. If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, do not use the damaged item for charging. Kindly utilize the products within one year. Avoid overcharging for more than 12 hours per session. Charge the device in a well-ventilated environment and do not cover the charger. Ensure your hands and the plugs are dry before handling the charger.

There could be several reasons why the charger may not work after connecting to the power supply. Firstly, the voltage and current of the charger may not match your battery, indicating you have purchased a charger with incorrect parameters. Please provide us with the brand and model of your electric bike or the parameters and plug of the original charger, so we can assist you further.

Secondly, due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, the charger may not function if the battery is damaged. Your battery may be damaged if it has not been used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months.

Lastly, if the green light turns on when the power is switched on, but the LED light does not change to red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose and in poor contact. In this case, you can try reinserting the plug to maintain proper contact.

The output voltage of this charger is 42V 2A, with a 0.31inch/8mm Inline Connector. The input voltage is AC100-240V, 50/60Hz, and it is designed to charge 36V Li-ion Batteries.

Please note that this charger does not fit Razor scooters or dirt bikes, and it should not be used for Lead Acid batteries. It is also not suitable for 24V, 25.2V, or 29.4V batteries.

The charger has indicator lights to display the charging status. A red light indicates that it is currently charging, while a green light means the charging is complete.

The 3-prong connector has the following labeling: "1" means "+", "2" means "-", and "3" means "ground".
