Power Scooter Charger for 36V Lithium Battery

The 42V 2A Universal Charger is designed for charging 36V lithium-ion battery packs. This power adapter features an input voltage range of 100-240V, 50/60Hz, and an output of DC 42V 2A, utilizing a CC-CV (Constant Current-Constant Voltage) charging mode.

The charger comes with a variety of connector options to meet your different needs. It includes a DC 5.5mm x 2.1mm charging port, as well as three adapter options: a DC5521 to DC5525 adapter, a DC5521 to 0.31RCA adapter, and a DC5521 to 3-Prong adapter. This ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices.

In terms of product dimensions, the charger measures 5.5 inches x 2.3 inches x 1.2 inches. The cable lengths are also provided: the AC cord is 3.2 feet, the DC cord is 38 inches, and the adapter cord is 6.1 inches.

It's important to note that this charger is not compatible with Hover 1 devices or those with a limiting current of 1.5A or less, as it is a 2A charger. It is designed specifically for 36V lithium-ion batteries and should not be used with lead-acid batteries or other voltage versions (54.6V, 24V, 25.2V, or 29.4V).

The package includes the following items: 1 x AC power cord, 1 x 42V 2A lithium battery charger with a 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC plug, 1 x adapter that converts the DC plug to an 8mm three-prong connector, 1 x adapter that converts the DC plug to an 8mm RCA connector, and 1 x adapter that converts the DC plug to a DC 5.5mm x 2.5mm 1-pin DC plug.

To use the charger, simply plug the AC plug into a power source, and the LED will turn green. Then, connect the DC plug to your battery, and the LED will turn red, indicating fast charging. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green.

If the charger is not charging, it could be due to the adapter not fitting, the battery not being a 36V lithium-ion model, or the battery being broken. As lithium-ion batteries have a limited service life, an older or unused battery may be the cause of the issue.

The charger features a smart LED indicator: no light means no AC power input, red light means charging, and green light means the battery is fully charged, disconnected, or not charging.
