1. Before charging, please check the battery's health status. The battery should have been in use for less than 12 months or not unused for 2-3 months.
2. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the charger does not work after the battery is connected, and the green light remains on, this indicates that the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match your battery connector. You can try changing the connector to connect to your battery.
