This 42V charger comes with 3 different plugs (8mm 3-prong, 5.5mm DC connectors, and an 8mm/0.31in one-prong) and is designed for charging 36V Pocket Mod and Sports Mod Lithium Batteries. If your scooter is not charging, there could be a few reasons why:

1. The charger may not be suitable for your electric bike.
2. If your lithium battery has been used for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months, it may be damaged due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries.
3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in but does not turn red after connecting the electric bike, it could be because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match those of your scooter, preventing the flow of power.
4. If the green light goes out after connecting the electric bike, it may be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bike, triggering the charger's self-protection function. In this case, you should check your electric bike's battery and replace it if necessary.
